After you learn all of the above, Mike will finally start talking about the solution. He’ll explain why static (or even dynamic) stretching alone won’t be enough to solve the problem and why it’s not only the exercises that you do that matter, but also the order of those exercises. Yes, you read it correctly, he says that the right sequence of the exercises are just as important as the exercises themselves. He calls this the The Sequential Flow Method.
Unlock Your Hip Flexors Review – The Routine
Once you’ve made it through the first 2/3 of the book, the last 20 pages contain the “good stuff”.
The authors list the 10 exercises, all in the right order, that you need to repeat regularly in order to truly undo the damage to your hip flexors. All the exercises are clearly explained with detailed instructions and they are also demonstrated with photos.
Personally, I think the exercises don’t seem to be too difficult and I don’t think you need more than 10-15 minutes per day to do them, so this routine can help you even if you’re a very busy individual.

What I Liked
Probably the best thing about this product is that everything is explained in laymen terms. While it’s common for these types of products to be filled with scientific expressions and complex sentences, this one is very easy to understand and follow.

Also, although I’m not entirely convinced that all the claims of possible benefits are true, I’m sure many are, and that should be more than enough to convince a sane person to follow this routine (or at least give it a try).
And as I can tell the course has a HUGE following of satisfied people, so if the process works for them, why wouldn’t it work for me or you?
One thing is for sure: UYHF is definitely NOT a scam. If someone says otherwise, they are flat out lying.
Overall, I feel this product is totally legit and definitely not a scam. I’ve been suffering from lower back pain occasionally for years, so I figured there’s nothing I can lose by giving the “Sequential Flow Method” a try and repeating the routine every day. It only takes about 10 minutes per day and the possible benefits could be priceless.
